   Do you need to step away from your personal computer for just a
   second but want your screen saver to kick in right away so no
   one can interrupt what you were doing? If your screen saver is
   password protected then no one else can use your computer while
   you are away.

   LOCK will start any screensaver with just a quick click.

   The first time you run LOCK it will position itself in the lower
   right corner of your screen. You can open up the programs menu
   by clicking on the small box in the upper left corner of the LOCK
   window. The default options for LOCK are on for "stay on top" and
   off for "show title bar".

Options
_______

    Stay on top -- this forces lock to remain on the desktop at all
    times.

    Show title bar -- this is a larger version of LOCK with buttons
    instead of a tiny picture. You can drag LOCK around on the screen
    when the title bar is showing so you can position it where you
    want.

Installing screensavers
_______________________

   This is done using the Control Panel function that comes with
   Windows. You can choose your screensaver under the desktop
   settings. Windows 3.1 comes with a few screensavers. If none are
   present, you can install them by running the Windows Setup and
   using the "add/remove Windows Component" selection.

Shareware Registration
______________________

This program is shareware. There are two different ways to register.

1) Register for the cost of your postage. Just send a picture postcard
   of your town or city. Please indicate which program you are
   registering and where you found this program. Any comments you may
   have are always appreciated.

2) You may choose the alternative registration method instead. For
   $10 (Yes! That's only ten dollars.) you will receive a disk with
   the registered edition of LOCK; plus other several shareware
   programs.

   Payable in either US or Canadian funds. Money Orders or Checks
   please.

   If the use of this software is for business purposes, you should
   choose option 2.
